Why we do it
Clare Pemberton BA (Hons) IIN
I've had my own health challenges, including an accumulation of Mercury and Aluminium, Fertility challenges and adrenal fatigue, so I really do understand. Throughout my journey I've gained so much knowledge of how we can more easily have true health from the inside out, conceive and carry a baby healthily to full term as well as how we can live our best lives.
My aim is to ensure that my whole family has the best life we possibly can and that our bodies and minds support us to live that best life. My aim is to ensure that we thrive.
Health and Fertility problems are only getting more common. This is not a problem that is going away anytime soon. Not only do we need to heal ourselves both physically and emotionally but we need to educate ourselves to ensure our children do not end up in the same position as us, or worse, when their time comes.
I really do understand the many stresses of life. I had my son in my late thirties and he is just wonderful but becoming a working mother comes with a unique set of pressures.
By the time my son was 3 years old I ended up stressed, not sleeping, with adrenal fatigue, perforated intestinal stomach lining (leaky gut) and generally not a happy soul ! I had high Mercury and Aluminium levels that had been accumulating over time.
In the last 3 years I've changed my work, massively reduced my stress, healed my adrenal fatigue and my stomach lining, cleared a huge amount of the heavy metals and am a much happier and more peaceful person.
This journey has been one that the whole family has been on and because we all feel so much better, stronger, healthier, more capable and happier, most days, if not all (!), my family is truly thriving.
I am an Integrative Nutritional Health coach ‘IIN’ who can help you bring your body and mind back in line with your heart.
My comprehensive training includes hundreds of dietary theory's, physical activity, hormone balancing, heavy metal detoxing protocols, how to get better sleep, reduce stress and have more joy. With this knowledge I can support you and and your family to live the life you want to live.
